Byelaws - Appeals

Within the ABC Byelaws, Section 12 (Complaints Procedure) and Section 13 (Review Procedure), the final level of appeal against a decision by ABC refers to the member using a standard Request for Review Form to request the review of a decision by an ABC Board Panel.

The purpose of the form is to ensure the appeal is linked to the allowable grounds for appeal and must be authorised at director level. Please refer to the relevant clauses of sections 12 or 13 which detail when and how the form is to be used.
