Owned by the media industry,
ABCe independently
verifies
and reports on media performance, providing trusted traffic and related data across a broad range of digital platforms.
What does ABCe do?
ABCe provides census based data and counts actual requests made by a device to a site. This means ABCe can measure total site activity, from any device (e.g. computer or mobile phone) at any location (home or work) and for any level of detail.
NB This is a very different approach than research where data is derived from sampling.
In addition, because ABCe data is prepared to industry-agreed standards, it delivers a common, comparable currency to media owners and buyers. ABCe is an industry-owned, non-profit distributing organization. All profits are invested back into the business for the benefit of the industry.
ABCe provides independent auditing and certification of a wide range of digital media including:
- Web
- Video & audio streams
- Ad Networks
- Downloads and podcasts
- Digital TV
- Email
- Ad Servers
- Wireless applications (WAP, SMS)
- Databases
- Search
As well as offering training, consultancy and accreditation of software, systems and solutions.
JICWEBS
All ABCe data is prepared to standards agreed by JICWEBS.
